The large Stevenson’s screen is designed to hold two recording instruments, thermograph and hair hygrograph and sheathed-pattern thermometers. It is manufactured from seasoned timber to a British Meteorological Office design.
Wooden Construction with weatherproof ply, stainless steel pins and painted to Meteorological office specifications, 2 coats inside, 3 coats outside with 5 coats on lid.
